Orenthal James "O.J." Simpson attended the University of Southern California (USC), where he won the Heisman Trophy in 1968. He was drafted as the first overall pick in the 1969 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. Over his professional career, Simpson was a six-time Pro Bowl selection, five-time First-Team All-Pro, and led the NFL in rushing yards four times. In 1973, he became the first player to rush for over 2,000 yards in a single season. Simpson was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985.
