Reggie White, a standout defensive end, attended the University of Tennessee where he was an All-American and set school records for sacks. Though not initially drafted in the NFL, White was a star in the USFL with the Memphis Showboats before joining the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles in 1985. He later played for the Green Bay Packers, helping them win Super Bowl XXXI, and finished his career with the Carolina Panthers. White was a 13-time Pro Bowl selection, a two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, and was posthumously inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006.
